Great news. Noah Baumbach has fallen out of favour since his adored debut, The Squid and the Whale, but to me his films are always an event.
Ben Stiller & James Franco are an intriguing combo for the, presumably, maturity-stunted leads & anything with Cate Blanchett is worth seeing (her only previous collaboration with Baumbach is one of her most underratedly hilarious performances, in Wes Anderson's The Life Aquatic with Steve Zisssou, which Baumbach co-wrote).
Greta Gerwig was great in Baumbach's most recent Greenberg (below).
